No vacation for full employees the first year 4. You are on call on weekends are not paid for it 5. They increase the quart goals each time so that they make it impossible to get a good quarter bonus. 6. The quarter bonus was once 2 cookies...... That is how cheap the company is. Before PCC the company had events, good quarter bonuses, they actually cared about the employees.
