      Very nice Company. It appears they are very generous to their employees. Benifits are good.

      Dont let the warm and inviting interview fool you. It's a Jeckel and Hide atmosphere with management. You never know who will show up that day. You may get encouragement and support or screamed at and bullied. Absolutely no training or mentoring. Very hostile atmosphere. Fellow workers are very nice and helpful. Just wish I could say the same about management.

      Pernix is a small company handling large-scale international federal contracts. This provides enormous opportunity for employees to obtain an extremely wide range of experience. With the right attitude and work ethic, the potential for growth is endless at this company. Pernix also provides as much international travel as you are willing to take on. Finally, the type of work they do is something to be proud of. Employees should take pride in the mission they are working towards.
