Total rewards are way below standard, the retention strategy sucks and managers mostly are not necessarily being leaders. "Yes boss" culture has to stop to allow and encourage employee to contribute more to the organization by empowering them to do great things at work. RESPECT is something that every employee should learn be it to the internal employee or external network (vendors, contractors, etc). The "I'm holier-than-thou" attitude needs serious attention by all employees.
