Uncalled for manual work and paper waste is a result of managers "being open to new suggestions", yet the company claims to be "eco-friendly" -excessive fowl language from director(s) -directors have random gossip meetings while expecting employees to not speak -directors have no sense of confidentiality -HR department is not there for the employees but there to protect the company -managers lack people, ethics, professional skills. They're hired solely because they're friends or family of upper management leading to power trips -recognition is made only on mistakes -ample amounts of intimidation by directors to their employees
