-Below-market salaries -Tone-deal & shady management that instituted a pay freeze mid-review cycle after promoting & giving raises to a select few. They then insisted that we should take on promotions without raises because “it’s not just about money, it’s about the opportunity.” -This is not a meritocracy by any means, and don’t expect any transparency. Management often goes back on their word regarding promotions/bonuses/compensating at market level. -Expect little to no support or leadership from middle/upper management. -Everyone is looking for their next move -Oh yeah, and there is no “AI”. It’s just machine learning + really good copywriters.
