      Work-life balance; they respect the working hours even though we work remotely. The Pega training program is very thorough and very well-planned.

      Svantaggi

      During training, you have to go to the office twice a week... but compared to other jobs where you have to go 5 times a week, it's really not that bad.

      PerseusX is a fantastic company to work for they take care of their employees and clients alike. They are always eager to teach and elevate their staff, enabling those with the right attitude to grow in their aptitude. PerseusX has flexibility for their employees as most are either remote, or hybrid. PerseusX is a joy to work with and I look forward to my longevity with them.
