We have worked hard to acquire and retain a loyal and supportive community of shoppers and respond to shopper concerns with a genuine intent to improve the mystery shopping experience.
To that end, it is our highest priority to ensure we are honest and transparent in our communication of job ads – including location, pay rate, shop guidelines and client surveys. We never ask shoppers to complete jobs that do not appeal to them. Shoppers self-select for jobs that are in a desired location, in businesses that appeal to them, and at a rate that is acceptable.
We are also aware of our obligation to clients to provide them with the very best customer experience data. Consequently, shop guidelines and surveys are often comprehensive shops must be completed to a high client standard. Our QA processes support both shoppers and clients in giving and receiving value-add information and feedback.
