Required to work weekends/holidays, no work life balance, no consistent communication, they say you will only be required to groom a certain amount but then push to do more, when you bring up concerns about other employees nothing gets done, store management has favorites and they get away with everything, accountability varies from person to person so some people get away with everything while others are reprimanded for any little thing.
