There is a lot - poor upper management. The director of sales does not even know how to set a proper sales goal and then wonders why numbers aren't getting hit and then it effects everyone else. It is a total bro club, if you look like the owners you will do just fine, otherwise just don't. Nobody should trust anything that is said or done there, "Can't stop the Growth" is a joke, and guess what, you are participating in the "recession". Do not buy into the "positive" hype, it is all a facade. Management quite literally could care less about you as a human being, but they pretend well.
