I as well as my fellow employees were completely unaware of what our medical plan would be as well as any other benefits that our job had always carried, when asked about these benefits we were told nothing. we also had to become an employee without knowing these things or we would loose our seniority, It was horrible, I had never felt so forced into something in my life.
