      The customers are lovely, I love helping people find what they need for their pets. Definitely where to work if you love animals but don’t want a hectic work environment

      So. Much. Paperwork.something that could be online or automated has to have as many steps as possible. Company lacks realism and is stuck in an ideal vs what is actually happening in stores

      Working with dogs donating expired food to shelter, Doing constant returns for beetles and worms in dog food as well as treats.

      Sudden change to salary forced to work 55-60 hours a week no O.T unrealistic workload not enough hours to staff store according to meet expectations. Extremely low pay vs work load and responsibilities leads to animal neglect. Groomers underpaid cant commission causes high turn over. Lack of coverage never use PTO, so you loose it they dont pay it out to you. They call you CEO of company without a ceo paycheck! Run from this company.
