      Great place to work, friendly management, corperate and everyone i have met there. They also promote from the inside which is nice so ospportunaties to move up are always present.

      Not really any cons that i can think of, maybe would it would be nice if we rescued animals from the local pounds.

      Working with dogs donating expired food to shelter, Doing constant returns for beetles and worms in dog food as well as treats.

      Sudden change to salary forced to work 55-60 hours a week no O.T unrealistic workload not enough hours to staff store according to meet expectations. Extremely low pay vs work load and responsibilities leads to animal neglect. Groomers underpaid cant commission causes high turn over. Lack of coverage never use PTO, so you loose it they dont pay it out to you. They call you CEO of company without a ceo paycheck! Run from this company.
