Some inexperienced managers demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior, bordering on abuse, and should not have been in their roles. Culture of cronyism and incompetence among some of the employees who have worked there for decades was revealed following layoffs of >50% of the site. Toxic work environment with poor work-life balance for the final 8-9 months before the site was shut down.
