The work can be monotonous and there are long periods of standing, however we encourage employees to learn new skills so they can move around and try a variety of roles. Our skills based pay system promotes learning and development. Thank you!

      The boss was great, nice guy who pays well and is clear with his expectations. Days can be long depending on the job but the employer always made it worthwhile. Traveling was actually really fun and got to see and work on a lot of great residential areas in the state.

      Be ready to lift heavy things and work, but that's what I signed up for.
