Majority of people working there are nice but it’s not worth to stay.

Poor management and very high turnover. The good people (pharmacists and technicians) usually leave within a year. Since technician retention is poor, pharmacists end up doing majority of technician work (filling blister packs). Company is very numbers driven and not pharmacy centered

Changed PTO policy after I started and I lost PTO hours that I had been promised at hire. Lots of meetings that could be emails.
