None- it is the most micromanaged, siloed company I have ever experienced

-no 401k -poor pay -old boys club despite a woman president -try to bully you into quitting if your manager doesn’t like you, and will gaslight you and paralyze you with fear. -cheap and the stock is in the gutter -adds more busywork to the team every quarter -Expects you to be available 24/7

Changed PTO policy after I started and I lost PTO hours that I had been promised at hire. Lots of meetings that could be emails.
