The on-boarding process for me was great! After being offered the position, the recruiter will walk you through the next steps of the process and give you your projected start date. They make themselves available for any help or questions you may have and get back to you in a timely manner. They welcome you with open arms and excitement on your first day, including a warm and friendly meet and greet with everyone.
They also include a "walk in shoes" which I found to be very helpful and insightful. I got a full understanding of what Pharma Logistics is about and what the company does. It was really awesome to see.
