They " hire based on the core values". But current higher ups barely follow the values themselves. For example, communication is one of the values, but there is very little. If there is a change and you're wondering why the change was made, you'll either have to guess, ask, or have a supervisor tell you a week later. Constantly adding on more responsibility and work without any raise in pay , even though higher positions ( that are salaried) are filled without a blink. From reading the other reviews, it seems as if they are filled in before the reviewer had an actual chance to feel out the job, so take the five stars with a grain of salt. Is it the worst job in the world? No. You get paid on time and have the opportunity for OT. That said, it will also have you looking for a new job soon after you start.
