Leadership & Management Leadership quality is poor. Below are statements directly communicated by the CEO: “Don’t complain that food is not good or that there are no Diwali gifts. These are stupid reasons.” “You are critical to the company now. Do not expect work-life balance.” “You need to work more than 8 hours and work more than your peers.” “If you don’t have this mindset, you will fall into the bottom 10% and will be laid off soon.” These statements reflect the overall leadership mindset and expectations within the organization. Work-Life Balance & Culture Festivals are not celebrated internally. Most HR activities appear to be conducted primarily for social media rather than for employees. There is an on-call rotation, which is extremely demanding. Employees receive alert calls even at midnight and are expected to respond immediately. If calls are not picked up, repeated calls are made every 30 minutes. No compensation, allowance, or benefits are provided for on-call duties. Work-life balance is openly discouraged. There is no inspiration or motivation from leaders. Leaders should inspire and not force employees to work extra hours .

Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.
