Lack of Timezone Boundaries: While the company hires across the US, there is zero respect for local working hours. Meetings at unusual hours are a frequent occurrence. Asynchronous communication is non-existent or vague. Cycle of Perpetual Layoffs: The organization seems to be in a constant state of restructuring. Layoffs occur with such regularity that it has destroyed institutional knowledge and decimated morale. It’s hard to focus on long-term roadmaps when you’re wondering if your team will exist next quarter.
