      John is very easy to work with. He is clear and tells me exactly what he wants and how he wants it to get done. John is also the kind of CEO that knows your name and says hi when he sees you in the hallway. Everyone at the office is also very friendly.

      I wish there were more of company activities where you get to know people from the other departments.

      Growing, leader in market, great location in Philadelphia. Executive leadership is strong with very good vision. Reasonable work life balance.

      Small company with growing pains. Need more staff for the amount of work coming in the door. Need better direction. A lot of politics.
