Great place for behind the scenes look at stuff and free tickets. That's about it, nice to hear yourself say you work for a professional team.

Salveship, sales is treated like second hand - worked to bone. making 70-100 outbound calls a day. Only to bring home a base of 15k, did I add they make you pay back 5k. They basically steal 5k from what you sold, you are better off selling insurance - then working crazy hours and being close to the poverty line. You could be the best sales rep on the staff an not get promoted to Account Manager. They play favorites and push leads to the Sr. Guys and have clicks. If you take this job be sure to do your research and find a broker willing to 200K on a crappy team with horrible margins on the secondary market. Which is absolutely flooded with tickets.
