Good pay, great health benefits. Most coworkers are friendly and easy to get along with. In house training is good but only if you want to learn. This company is what you put into it. If you work hard and do your job well, it will get noticed by direct supervision, but that's it, no other incentive. Good opportunities for advancement and company paid education. Very exciting and fast paced at times responding to gas leaks, fires, carbon monoxide alarms, you never know what you're walking into. Over all not a bad place to work, I've had way worse job experiences.

Long hours, mandatory overtime, micro managed, weak union, no incentive for good/hard work, too many links in the chain of command and the top has no clue what goes on at the bottom, with some exceptions. Some nepotism and favoritism. Very old fashioned policies, techniques, and tech. Working in various locations and weather, sometimes can be dirty. Some people may not like working with natural gas in sometimes dangerous environments.
