The additional lack of money-making/saving skills may run this "new" company into the ground. -New hires are often paid higher salaries then their more experienced counter-parts who have been employed for years. The longer you are employed with the company the more likely your salary will be behind the market. -Your success in the company is all dependent on your current manager.
