The artists are creative and dedicated to making the clients happy as well. Health insurance is good.

Policies and guidelines are in the gray area, causing no set standards to follow. Paid vacation and raises don't correlate with state averages. Position openings are not openly offered to in house employees prior to posting to the public. No training procedures documented in writing for new hires.
