Good working culture, easy to ask others for help, very supportive and collaborate environment, good benefits, gym membership, free counselling and mental health support, healthcare, lots of paid for courses, opportunity to try different roles within the company, fun work socials and enjoyable work. Very open to suggestions and feedback.

Not always great at setting boundaries with companies and end up managing or using the apps that have been built rather than just building software. Middle management and process aren't the most streamlined.

Co-CEO is close to all employees and extremely reasonable Flexible hybrid working Great colleagues, honestly nobody I don't get on with which is really rare. Interesting work, no micro management Good work life balance, working out of hours is appreciated but rarely expected

Steep learning curve at the start, takes a while to find your feet. But great when you get to the stage of being able to do useful work.
