Some really poor managers that are surprisingly allowed to make bad decisions Working from home is not possible for most but the work is mostly electronic, those who can work from home generally have responsibilities to be in the office for support or line management, seems to be a huge bias with no reasoning that drives people away, strange decision to make when based in the middle of nowhere Don’t do a great job of looking after the people anymore Too much work not enough resource Not many opportunities within company
