Internal management and supervision is generally extremely poor especially in the Logistics department, staff are not held accountable, instances of bullying, poor performance and absence are not managed effectively despite the generous numbers of managers and supervisors on site, HR support is extremely poor. Staff are paid the same yet have varying degrees of tasks to perform.
