See title. Upper managers are incompetent and ignorant. Ridiculous workloads due in ridiculous time frames. My manager would agree with everything, meanwhile he destroyed staff engagement (and caused lost of experienced staff), lost accounts, etc. Stifled employees unable to show what they're truly capable of because of tyrannical managers who resent competent employees and are afraid that if they do, they will show them up.
