The intentions to take the company in a different direction (more high end business) was admirable.

The purchase of a facility in Golden changed EVERYTHING. We weren’t equipped (expertise, money, trained labor) to make the move. The move came in overbudget and 12 months late. We lost long time customers and long time employees and no one at the exec level seemed to care.

Some of the co workers are decent people.

Local management is a joke. Unfortunately they have the CEO buffaloed. The equipment is outdated and constantly needing repair. Somehow the company survived their Chapter 11 filing. Poor control of day to day operations (operators working around the specs and other requirements to get the job out the door).
