Dan is a great leader with heart at the right place. I admire his initiatives to make the workplace more diverse and equal. Office is fantastic, some great colleagues.

No progression whatsoever. No salary increase in two (!!!) years despite the role and responsibilities changing. The fun culture in the office went down the drain since the split from Moonpig. There was no culture after that. The absolute joke of a chief people officer.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to write a review of your time here at Photobox, and glad to hear that you think Dan is a great leader too. When COVID first hit we were cautious with payrises, as we didn't want to have to make changes down the line when we weren't sure what the future would look like. Thankfully we had a really strong year so payrises are being given and backdated from May of last year too! Our average tenure is over 3 years in the UK, and we are always working on ways to increase this.
