      They give jobs to MBA freshers

      1. Learning: They are mostly into average websites / web portals. Mobile is just a show as only 1% of them work on mobile apps. As a Business analyst you will learn nothing except designing wireframes 2. Politics: The management is filled with less experienced folks who have risen because of contacts. Hence they are immature in dealing with big customers and employees

      Thank you for your feedback and review. Yes, as you stated we provide ample opportunities for freshers and laterals. But I would like to differ with your opinion about the quality of work that we do.       Really good company to work for. Health benefits were great and was able to negotiate a good rate for my contract

      Communication could improve in terms of staying in contact with the contractor. Working with the individual for their next role as the contract is nearing an end would be an area of opportunity as well.

      Can be on interesting projects Some really good people If on correct team can be very good conditions such as remote work

      Zero opportunities for growth Limited to no work/life balance No Severance Do not pay when on the bench Wrong team or manager the hr insanity can make it rough (One year they decided july 4th was not a holiday another they decided to lower the salary and increase the percentage that was bonus effectually giving everyone a pay cut).. Honestly a 2 might being generous but i have worked with some nice people there and the vast majority of the people were nice and good just wanting to get the job done . Any 5s are probably fake or the lucky few that do not have to deal with Photon Hr.
