The first day I joined was absolute chaos. Everyone is very rude to each other, everyone is in a bad mood all the time. When I joined, I was not aware that Saturday’s are mandatory working days. No work/life balance. I was interrogated and yelled at the first week, I have never experienced an environment like this where I was so disrespected. Their work processes are inefficient and tedious. 10 google docs to do one simple task. I was provided no training and had to figure things out on my own. You are set up to fail from the beginning and you will get yelled at by the managers for not moving fast enough, even if you’ve been here a week. The work culture is toxic, the managers are unpleasant. I would recommend to stay away from this place.
