They will try to bring you down from your current salary even after joining or else they will try to fire you after some time
Only few people have the power to alter anything even if the so called policies are against it
Nexus of Incompetent and insecure Managers leaders
Some of then just treat you like a servant
Some who are under the influence of power will bully you and make your life hell
If you try to raise your voice against their atrocities they will not take action they will try to fire you.
They don't judge you on your performance rather they will judge you on how much you praised them or did their work
