hybrid was nice but many of these jobs, not only industry wide but also at this company, are 100% remote now. there is no reason to go into their office; 100% of your functions can be done from home.

They lie, CONSTANTLY, about how they're growing. "oh we'll have doubled our staff this time next year!" "oh we'll have more people than desks!" it's all a lie. they couldn't afford a CoL increase the three years I was there? AND by the time I left my team was HALF the size it was when i joined, not double. they don't know how to run a third party billing agency and it fcking shows.
