No pros of working here. Its good for only stay at home mothers who can have a day job to support themselves, with basic skills.

Very untruthful management with poor work ethics. Low employee engagement, very bad pay scale & poor appraisal at the discretion of management sitting in dubai. No skill development or training program offered for skill development. They hire only friends & relatives in leadership roles without any merit. High attrition rate & financially unstable company with irregular salary payments to junior employees.

Poor work life balance & low motivation No salary increment only at discretion of management Junior employees are denied of employment benefit & perks citing company policy Only friends & relatives of senior leadership get hired in senior roles & has very toxic environment. Avoid this company which breeds on favouritism.
