Nothing good about this company

The "CEO" and his sales managers are a bunch of con men. They push their sales reps to use pushy tactics and I was personally made uncomfortable with the lack of integrity by the individuals in power here. There is no proper training. They try to get new sales reps to show their "commitment" by purchasing their sales training (which had nothing constructive in it). If this company truly wanted to succeed they would give their employees training instead of trying to turn a profit by scamming them.

Love the atmosphere, very lax environment, pay does eventually scale very very high and it’s definitely possible to make a career of this

At times can feel unprofessional, and it’s commission only with a steep learning curve which makes it difficult to start out
