Unfair treatment internally. Very unorganized. Strong favoritism within the group - you will know you are in that circle if you are a part of the daily lunch orders and you sit behind the LOCKED door upstairs. The stepchildren sit downstairs to be the slaves. Don't even attempt to try to contact any of management, its USELESS. Long work hours. Tasks assigned are a waste of time that take hours. No respect for employees. Everyone is treated like a number. Definitely a company that cares nothing about their employees. UNLESS you are hired through JBS or a poultry supervisor since NOBODY wants to be the internal plant managers. ZERO communication internally AND very cut throat.
