Middle management leaves much to be desired. Store managers change with the seasons and mid level managers ignore all complaints against store managers until there is no possible way to look the other way, or GM actions directly and obviously affect regionals or their bonus. They spend a great deal of money to improve training process but follow through on a field level is lack luster. Organization in some locations is lacking and overall consistency among locations leaves some to be desired, especially when involving a new deli concept or product offering. Often times marketing materials are not all intact causing the stores to look unprofessional and thereby creating unnecessary bumps in customer service.
