The profit margins of the company are slim at best. There was never a year where Pilot actually met its revenue goals. Upper management creates heavy siloing and getting them to commit to projects is like pulling teeth. Everything is a fire-drill more so than a what is normal for the oil field. I would steer clear of the company.
