I have been working for Pimcore for 1,5 years now and it has been a great journey. The team spirit is great and every day is another exciting challenge. We just got our first round of funding and moved to a new LOFT office, so there is a lot to build and create from scratch (and we got an amazing roof-top-terrace). The company is spread over 3 continents (US, Europe, Asia). This requires lots of remote communication and can be challenging because of various time zones to be catered. Also, it is quite small, so some benefits which you might be used to by larger corporations are missing. As it is growing at a fast pace, not all processes and structures are 100% defined.
