Allow you to grow, don't micro manage, pay is decent, retirement savings is great.

Vice President runs the company and is in over her head. There are only two people in the office who are decision makers, one is Terry the ceo, the other is Tricia who is now the vice president. They do not know what they're doing and affordable housing, and negatively impact the owners that they oversee properties for. They overspend money on things that don't need to be spent and the vice president uses the money for her own personal game. Both Terry and Tricia go on vacation every other week. And Tricia really runs everything when Terry needs to be more involved has Tricia is bringing down the company.
