- Very involved CEO, attended all meetings, listened and addressed our problems well, treated all equally (yes, even interns) - Supportive senior staff that are very willing to teach, and are understanding if you have many questions to ask, and will ensure you are welcomed to the company - Interns were provided some tutorial tasks upon joining, prior to tackling actual important tasks involved with the project

- Small team, one supervisor could have several interns, and his attention would be divided too frequently (unavoidable)

So far so good. Much things to learn.

Much areas of improvement. Almost on the right track.
