If you are strong enough to handle being yelled at and are good at managing up, it can be a fun place.

Leadership makes up their mind at the very last minute (often not even telling people about the decision), and expects everyone else to pick up the slack. Pretty much whatever your salary you start off with will be your salary till you leave. You can and will get blamed for anything and everything unless you can prove that it is not your fault (but never expect an apology). The company pretends that Arbenger is their culture, but until leadership starts actually implementing it, it will just continue to be used as a weapon.
