Great place to work - Recensione dipendente - Marketing Coordinator presso Pinnacle Hospital

Pinnacle hospital is a great place to work. It can be fast paced but they are many great benefits to working here. Unfortunately I find some of the bad reviews to be from workers who were caught using work phones and cars for personal affairs….I’ve seen it first hand as I’ve worked with them. If you do your job and take it seriously, you will enjoy it. Monday - Friday, no holidays and many fun perks. Pinnacle also offers great insurance opportunities. You must be diligent in your work. Slacking is not an option. If you are not willing to put forth the effort, this job is not for you. I enjoy working at pinnacle and find that as long as I am professional, I have zero complaints. It’s unfortunate that some people just don’t want to work and take complete advantage of how the company trusts their employees to be honest. People have been caught stealing, etc. Then they come online to write bad reviews when in reality, they simply won’t amount to anything due to their poor work ethic. The COO, CEO and doctors are kind. It is not a negative atmosphere and I believe that the individuals who choose to lie should re-evaluate their poor distasteful character.
