      I am really sorry to hear this feedback, but I am unsure who this would be. The only people that are in finance and would be doing bookkeeping or related tasks have been with us have been with 2-3 years and based on recent one on ones that was not the feedback we have received. That being said I will investigate further to see how we might be able to improve things and make the work environment better.

      My experience with Pinnacle has been great! I enjoy the work environment, the team, and how I'm challenged to learn new things every day. Assisting clients with technology needs has been a passion of mine and Kevin knows exactly how to bring out that passion. If you are looking for a job that appreciates your value, then Pinnacle is the place for you.

      Jobs usually come with their downsides, but I haven't found one with Pinnacle yet. A few processes are still being established, but for a growing company that's normal.
