Fairly nice facility and location.

All talk and no real intentions on anything. Previous employees from over 10 year stated the promise a profit sharing program and never happens. Micro managing is the complete style. Promise pay increases/reviews that never happen or get a one sided view that suits the no increase to pay. Its so heavily micro managed by the owner there can never be a team. No real intentions to be profitable, its a family trust fund write off. Positive reviews are fake, put forward by Woman in HR for owner. Very cheap and impossible to be creative or even share creative designs/development.
