weird team hierarchy. the team is tight-knit but has no real company structure (i.e., director of ops doing all the HR work), the idealistic/too spiritual founder doesn't know what he wants and is very fickle. also, it's a husband + wife company, and the sister is also a director. strange family business that's not even worth applying to.
