A company without a product, customers or a realistic /compelling vision. Unethical and immoral leadership.
Instead of throwing the towel in when funds dried up and trying to right by employees, it instead misled them into working for 3+ months unpaid. The company is way under water but continues to pretend in public like everything is great.
