Vantaggi

May be suitable if you’re just starting out and need to gain some basic experience

Svantaggi

While working at this company, I encountered several challenges that made it difficult to stay long term. The compensation is lower than industry standards, and the workload often leads to a poor work-life balance. There is frequent turnover, with many experienced employees leaving because of the unpleasing compensation and poor management. Professional development opportunities are minimal, and the company has policies that limit future job prospects with any affiliated organizations, which can make transitioning to a new role more complicated.

Vantaggi

You get to work in all different fields and see what you like the best. You are supported in a team environment and have a design mentor. You have a great potential to learn every aspect of design and become an expert in the field.

Svantaggi

Very fast-paced and stressful agency environment, be prepared to work hard. Management quite rigid on leaving early/days off. Lower pay and fewer benefits compared to typical hi-tech startup jobs.

Vantaggi

* The internship lasts 3 months and does teach you the general work environment very well. * You receive constant feedback (as you request it, but it is available) from mentors. * As a networking opportunity, you may form connections with various employees and especially your mentors.

Svantaggi

* The internship, despite what the course preceding it will often imply, is very unlikely to land you a job at the company. * In the current market, these few months of internship don't make much of a difference on your resume. It still has its merits, but you must understand what you're getting into. * Regular employees, who are used to seeing interns come and go, will more or less ignore your presence.
